Refunds & Returns
If you need a refund, return, or exchange, please email us at info@boobalance.com within 100 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your returned item, we will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund for the purchase price.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If this happens, we recommend checking with your local carrier. We will provide delivery confirmation details, including the tracking number, shipping carrier, and delivery date, to assist in your investigation.
Exchanges
We typically replace items only if they are defective or damaged, but we understand that things happen. If you need an exchange, email us at info@boobalance.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Returning an Item
To start a return, please contact info@boobalance.com for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.
